🔹 About the Role

Synapse Solution is looking for a confident and motivated individual fluent in French or Malagasy to join our international team as a Client Engagement Representative.
You will deliver live, scripted software product demonstrations online and engage with potential clients.

✅ No prior experience required — we provide full training and demo scripts.

This role is ideal for students, part-time workers, or professionals seeking flexible remote work with international exposure.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients interested in our software products
• Deliver live product demonstrations via Zoom or Google Meet (scripts provided)
• Present features clearly and professionally in French or Malagasy
• Maintain a confident and friendly online presence
• Collaborate with our international remote team

🔹 Requirements

• Must speak French or Malagasy fluently
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Confident and professional attitude
• Basic computer skills (Zoom / Google Meet preferred)
• Stable internet connection and access to a laptop or PC
• No prior experience required — just willingness to learn

🔹 Position Details

• Type: Part-Time | Remote
• Workload: Approx. 32 hours per month (around 2 hours/day, flexible schedule)
• Location: Open to candidates residing in Madagascar
• Compensation: Competitive stipend in Malagasy Ariary (MGA), based on communication skills and performance
