Nous recherchons deux (2) Superviseurs de Fiabilité en charge de diriger une équipe de techniciens chargés d’évaluer l’état des équipements, en favorisant une maintenance proactive afin d’assurer une haute fiabilité des machines, mais aussi développer et maintenir les standards des techniques de surveillance conditionnelle et intégrer les résultats dans les systèmes CMMS/APM, tout en Pilotant la planification des activités de la maintenance prédictive, la mise en œuvre et l’exécution des programmes de surveillance de l’état des équipements pour les installations fixes et les engins mobiles lourds (HME)
Ce rôle représente une opportunité unique de contribuer à un projet d’envergure, dans un environnement dynamique et en pleine évolution. Votre travail aura un impact direct sur la continuité des opérations et la performance du site.

About the Simandou Project
The Simandou Iron Ore Project is located in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa. It is Africa’s largest infrastructure and mining project and represents one of the largest known reserves of high-grade iron ore in the world.
Rio Tinto holds rights to Simandou Blocks 3 and 4 through SimFer, a joint venture between the Government of the Republic of Guinea, Rio Tinto and Chalco Iron Ore Holdings (CIOH). Construction of the mine, together with the associated rail and port infrastructure, is well underway with first production from the SimFer mine expected in 2025.
