Role Overview
The candidate will support day-to-day project operations, basic troubleshooting, documentation and coordination for cargo handling equipment used in train operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, email and internet applications.
- Operate basic technical/electronic equipment and relevant computer applications.
- Maintain accurate records, reports and operational logs.
- Learn technical processes and applications quickly and assist with basic troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot computer hardware and cache-related issues on site.
- Work at the customer/project site and coordinate with the technical team in Hyderabad.
- Assist with day-to-day activities related to cargo handling equipment for train operations.
- Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Electronics or Mechatronics.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Fresh graduates with suitable technical aptitude may also be considered.
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and an ability to understand technical equipment and applications.
