INTITULÉ DU POSTE: 

Tampico Beverages recrute un(e) Independent Field Merchandiser chargé(e) du suivi opérationnel des actions Trade Marketing et du développement commercial de sa marque Tampico au Cameroun.

RESPONSABILITÉS:

• Assurer le suivi des canaux de distribution : grossistes, boutiques de quartier et supermarchés.
• Planifier, organiser, exécuter et faire le suivi des promotions et activations.
• Assurer le suivi des initiatives Trade marketing avec les agences externes.
• Contribuer à la création et à la mise en place des plans marketing et commerciaux.
• Assurer la visibilité et l’accessibilité (merchandising) de Tampico dans les points de vente.
• Faire le suivi des indicateurs de ventes : relevés de prix, distribution numérique et tous autres indicateurs qui sera jugé pertinent et fournir un rapport mensuel des résultats.
• Faire la veille concurrentielle du marché.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la vente des produits FMCG
• Diplôme Supérieur ou équivalent
• Être orienté(e) terrain et avoir une bonne connaissance de l’univers commercial des FMCG
• Excellentes compétences en communication, bonnes capacités organisationnelles et à travailler de façon autonome
• Capacité à voyager localement 30% du temps
• Bonne connaissance de l’outil informatique en général et de Microsoft Office en particulier
• Doit résider actuellement à Douala, Cameroun
