What You’ll Do
As a QA Specialist focused on our Web and Tracking systems, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our event data, APIs, and frontend experiences are working exactly as expected — across all stakeholders from product, design, engineering, and data.
Your Responsibilities
Design and execute manual test plans for web features, dashboards, and backend APIs.
Validate tracking logic (e.g. conversions, postbacks, calculations, etc.) across different platforms.
Write optimised SQL queries and use analytics tools to cross-check business logic and tracking data.
Collaborate with engineers and product managers to define edge cases and acceptance criteria.
Track, log, and follow up on issues using tools like Jira, ensuring timely resolutions.
Build visibility for stakeholders using Redash, Looker, or Sheets, and help catch anomalies before they impact users.
Required Skills
2+ years of experience in QA / Quality Engineering, ideally in web or SaaS products.
Strong understanding of web architecture, event tracking, and API testing.
Experience using tools like Postman, SQL, Katalon, and issue trackers like Jira.
Ability to communicate clearly and ask smart questions when things look off.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams across product, design, engineering, and data.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with event tracking tools like Segment, GA, Appsflyer, or GTM.
Experience in performance marketing, adtech, or affiliate products.
Experience in data dashboards and data validations.
Experience in mobile SDK and mobile App testing is a plus.
